Return/exhange policy

Due to the highly sensitive nature of laboratory reagents and our strict quality control mandates, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or item substitutions for correctly fulfilled orders. Once a product has departed our distribution facility, its chain of custody is broken, and its purity can no longer be independently verified for resale. This non-return policy is strictly enforced to guarantee that the absolute integrity and quality of our inventory are never compromised. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there was an error with your order fulfillment such as receiving the wrong or damaged product, please contact us via email at support@alphaeliteshop.com with your order number and clear photo evidence of the wrong or damaged product. Please note that photo evidence is strictly required for all claims to be processed.

Once our team has reviewed and verified your request, a replacement will be sent out within one business day at absolutely no cost to you.

Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders placed before the designated cut-off time are shipped the same business day, especially those using UPS Next Day Air or other expedited shipping methods. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders processed and paid by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• International destinations

We partner with multiple trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

Order Tracking

Once your payment is successfully processed, our system automatically generates a shipping label right away. You will immediately receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Sales Tax

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your orders promptly, unforeseen factors such as weather, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping details may cause delays. Alpha Elite is not liable for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier, but we will assist in resolving issues as quickly as possible.
